Jay Hua Chinese Noodles Chiang Mai Branch is a popular Chinese restaurant in Chiang Mai.
I visited here more than twice. Foods are just great. Staffs are attentive.
Never seen a waiting outside but it's worth a try.
You may see a lot of gyoza and xiumai when you go to weekend walking streets or night markets. But those are all frozen factory ones and not delicious at all.
You can find quality dumplings in many places in Chiang Mai.
