Monthly rent of a condominium

  • 1-bedroom 40sqm 10,000 ~ 20,000 THB
  • 2-bedroom 50-60sqm 20,000 ~ 25,000 THB

If you order a local dish and a drink at a local eatery, 100 THB will be quite enough for a meal. It's sometimes cheaper to order Grab Food as they have promotions every time.

40~50 THB for local coffee house, 100+ THB for Starbucks

Daily rent for a motorbike is around 250 THB, monthly is around 3000 THB.

If you are fortunate enough, it can be less than 2500 THB.

Renting a car is more expensive, because car tax is very high in Thailand.

It'll cost daily 1000 THB, monthly 20,000+ THB for a small car.

Sharing bicycle is another option to choose. It'll cost only 200 THB for 30 days.
