The Grand Wipanan Residence is not actually a condominium. It's rather a residence hotel. But I just put it in condominium category because they have weekly and monthly rates to target long-term stay guests.

The Grand Wipanan Residence is located at 7/8 ซอย กุลวงศ์อุทิศ Tambon Chang Phueak, Amphoe Mueang Chiang Mai, Chang Wat Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand.

 

Rooms

They have 3 types of rooms:

Studio, one bed, and two bed.

But for most people just studio and one bed room will be enough.

and the difference is not really big, I'd prefer one bed room to studio room because one bed room is 30% bigger and has a kitchen and a bathtub.

There's no washing maching in the room. They have a laundry room on ground floor which costs 30-50 baht per use.

I asked them directly to find if they have better price when I book directly with them.

But their answer was like this. 

In summary, daily price of one bed room is 1390 THB and weekly price of one bed room is 1250 THB/night.

So, it's simple. you can get this room with 1000~1200 THB from agoda.com which is cheaper than the price they gave me.
