Tong Tem Toh is a very popular restaurant in Chiang Mai.
If you'd go there on lunch or dinner time, you'd have to wait very long especially on weekends.
Their portion sizes are quite small, therefore, if you are a group of three individuals, it may be necessary to order seven or more dishes to satisfy everyone's hunger.
My favorite is Northern Thai puffball mushroom.
