Hokka-An Service Apartment is a service apartment in Chiang Mai.
Hokka means "warm" in Japanese and it also means flower from north. "An" means Japanese style wooden residence building. But the owner of this place is not Japanese but Korean.
For some reason, staffs working here are not reliable at all. Their hardware from distance looks nice but software of this apartment is pretty bad.

It's ok for staying 1 month. no discount for longer-term stay, which means there's no reason to make contract longer than 1 month.
Just note that there's no washing machine in the room, no beddings in the room.
You can directly talk to the apartment office, you don't need to find a real-estate brocker.
