It has 1-bedroom type from 34-52 sqm and 2-bedroom type from 53-80sqm.
I guess this condo is not suitable for short-term stay tourists as it is located slightly far from Old City and Nimman area.
But, if you are staying more than 3 months and you are 'home-office' type of person, it may be a good choice, because monthly rent for 1-bedroom is only 10,000 THB.
